Uniquely beautiful
I purchased this dress in an 8 and a 10. My true fit guide said 10, but I wanted to make sure, but it was!
Being the MOB I was hesitant about the red but it is a beautiful rich, deep red, and frankly, my dear, I look good in red!
The fabric is gorgeous, looks expensive and it's stretchy, too. So comfortable with the built in shelf bra which works well for my 36c hourglass figure. If you want to wear spanx they don't show as the backless inset ends a little above the wasteline. I am 5'4 and it hits right above my knee.
I think I am going to wear gold or champaigne strappy low heels.
You will love this dress!

mother of the bride dresses are rediculous
This mother of the bride dress featured gaudy lace, a see through back, and a too tight tummy. Gee, mothers of the bride are generally in their 50s and 60s. They don't need see through backs, gaudy lace, and snug middles.
How about classic, classy dresses for this occasion?

surprise sheer back
I loved this dress and was convinced when I saw it that it would be perfect, so I ordered it in red and charcoal. It fit great and I was so happy until I turned around, looked in the mirror, and realized the back was sheer. Impossible to wear a bra, pantyhose, or spanx without them being clearly seen(and not in a good way) Not sure how I missed the description of the back but I did. Otherwise the dress is lovely and I so wish I could have worn it.

Pretty but confining and hot
There's very little give to this dress and it's quite heavy. I sent it back fearing I'd be very hot in it.

No Zipper
This dress would or could be nice but , there is no zipper..Perfect for a Wedding but , who wants to pull a tight fitting dress over your head after you've done your hair ..I myself as a final step of getting ready for a formal occasion slip into my dress ,there's no way I could stand this dress for that reason alone ..I did try this dress on but regretted it after .It fits nice once you get it on over your head ..Two stars for this reason alone ..Hated it only because of how miserable it was to get on and off your body..I will of course continue to order from Nordstrom.They ship out immediately with free shipping and returns ..No complaints with Nordstrom ...They are the best!

Just the right dress!
I wore this to my husband's daughters wedding and it was perfect! Comfortable and classy and subtle enough not to interfere with the mothers of the bride and groom. Does run a little small. I am usually a 6 and I ordered an 8 and still wore a slimmer just to smooth things out. Received many compliments. Beautiful dress.
