I couldn't get my foot inside because it ran so small and narrow. They were also a touch shinier than I expected. But quality otherwise seemed good and they looked like they would be comfy if I could fit in them.

Perfect!

Just received today from anniversary sale. Normally wear 9 narrow, but narrow was not an option. I ordered 8.5 medium, and, because it is lace up, it fits !! ( with socks on). I love the look, thry smell like leather ( as they should). I am so thrilled with the look, and the fit.
