Size-down 1/2 size
I was so excited to receive these mules. Love the height it gives me, and the lug sole and patent leather make for an edgy fashion statement. BUT, I wished I had ordered 1/2 size down, as mentioned in a few reviews, because the footbed is 3/8" longer than normal PLUS the heel upper surface extends beyond the footbed by 3/8" inch, making the shoe look too big in length. See the stock photo of the shoe (mule) and video for the extension beyond the footbed. I should have known when I saw the video and how the shoe looked too long on the model. Now size 6 is no longer available; I'm so disappointed. I wear a true 6.5. This mule is NOT true to size if you are a true "medium" or "narrow/medium" in width. But I am particular about shoe fit. The extra length might not bother you. It is a cute mule.

Sexy preppy
I'm VERY happy this style fits my wide width. Stewart Weitzman shoes usually don't fit my foot. I also purchased the Gunmetal (HOT). Because of my width I usually go a half size up. These fit perfectly. This classic style has an edge. They'll look great with jeans, skirts and dresses and trousers. You'll get so much use out of them. The packaging was luxurious; beautiful blue box with a thick, soft dust bag.
