too small
My usual size in SW is 9 but based on the reviews, I ordered 9 1/2. It was still too small, the leather was skin-cutting stiff and the heel -cover was way too short. Having said that, the design is so cute and happy which will be perfect for rainy days.

Color was strange
The color "Gunmetal" does NOT look like the color in the photo. I would have called the color a cross between tin and silver. It does not look like the pretty photo. The shoe fit well, although a bit stiff with the leather. It would take some breaking in. But the color -- I couldn't get past it and so, sadly, returned it. If it had been the pretty silverish color in the photo, I would have kept it.

Beautiful but runs Small
I received these yesterday and couldn’t wait to open the box!! I’m always an 11.5 in SW but these ran SMALLll I’m very disappointed so unfortunately they’ll be going back. Well made though, but the color is VERY shiny and almost has a yellowish cast over it. Looks better in the pic imho.

wanted to love it
Gunmetal, great color, and platform just right. Such a beautiful show but 2 different sizes were totally too small (although I’ve always taken my normal size for years in SW) and the leather was very stiff. I’ve never experienced these issues in a SW shoe before. Too bad.

Too narrow and too short
Usually a size 7M but 7.5M in SW. The 7.5M was too narrow and short. The Gunmetal color is not as depicted in the photo. The video shows the actual color. Didn't like the color nor the shininess of the material. Not flattering.
