Elegant and timeless
I typically wear an 8 1/2 in this brand but ordered that size and a 9. The 8 1/2 was snug so tried the 9. It fits well. The shoe is beautiful and feels very comfortable. The quality is top notch. I think I will be wearing these for years.

Disappointing
The shoe was too big even though I have bought this brand many times before and been very happy. The quality of the make, in particular the heel was not something I could live with. I took the shoes back. I find that I am usefully not content with on line purchases. I won’t be doing it anymore. What a waste of time. There is no Nordstroms near me. Just Rack. Yucky.

Gorgeous Loafer
This Stuart Weitzman loafer is beautiful. I tried it on in the store a half size up because they didn’t have my size. Way too big.. I also tried a half size down.. Way too small. I was thrilled when my correct size was delivered. Was very surprised that there was a gap between my heel and the shoe. Had to return. Ended up buying the Franco Sarto knockoff called the Gabriella. Looks very similar and it actually fits!

Way too tight and narrow

Damaged and Missing Shoe + Storage Bag
I wish I could love these. I was really excited about these loafers and purchased them for my upcoming travels. Unfortunately they arrived greatly damaged with a missing shoe and shoe cloth storage bag. The clear issue is they were shipped in a Fedex plastic bag. Who ships a soft shoe box in a bag!? This is the fault of Nordstrom and not Fedex. Unfortunately this will be my last order as this is the second SW shoe I have purchased that arrived damaged. At least the first pair was still wearable. With this order there was a hole in the shipping bag and the shoe box is destroyed. See photos provided. Please do better Nordstrom. This is unacceptable.
