But, my experience with SW is that the leather is so soft they conform to your foot as time goes on. This boot is elegant, and lends itself to being more dressy than some of the boots out there. Its narrow foot lends itself to a more sophisticated wear, but can dress down to jeans. The height is easy to deal with, even for me, because of the chunky (but not overly so) as I've had a history of foot maladies. The length seems longer than most which is fine with me since it's more pointed than almond. The color I got is the brown- it's beautiful almost brown/taupe color that is more neutral than a saddle or deep dark brown. The cost is, well, pretty high, but I have had my last pair of SW shorties for over 7 years and I still get mucho compliments on them. They are also on the more narrow side. Just take care of them and they will last forever! Over all very pleased with my purchase! One last thing; I am a lifelong runner and as such have narrow calves and this shaft height and size is perfect!

This shoe’s soles got stripped after just one wear. I am a person with a petite frame and only wore these shoes out for one evening. They are super comfortable, I’ll give them that. But once I took them off, the soles look like they are ten years old. Are they fake? Are they refurbished? Are they just extremely low quality? I don’t know. I just know thay I’ve never seen shoe soles go this bad this fast and that I definitely would not recommend them.
