What it is: A neck cream that combines everything you need for a youthful-looking neck and décolletage in one.
What it does: It tightens and firms the neck and corrects the look of uneven tone and texture on the décolletage while smoothing horizontal neck lines. It also helps improve elasticity and provides lift, smoothes crepey skin and helps even skin tone. NIA-114™ strengthens the skin barrier to prevent moisture loss.
How to use: Apply to clean skin on your neck, jawline and décolletage morning and night. Only a thin layer is needed—a little goes a long way. Gently massage into skin with an upward motion.

Disgusted of what I was sent.
I don't understand why I was sent a jar of rancid brown paste. The product was sealed but the balm had clearly gone bad. This isn't the 1st time I purchased this particular cream from Nordstrom only to find that they sent me a defective product. I purchased it on discount so perhaps it was marked down and just sitting in a warehouse with the air off? I dont know. All I know is when I purchase this product from another retailer it has a balmy consistency with a light cream color. What I received was brown paste with a horrible smell. Super disappointed.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this neck cream...it is a wonderful, rich lotion without feeling too heavy or greasy. I do feel it makes my skin smoother and firmer. I use it pretty consistently and have for at least a year or two. While it is pricey, I think it is worth it overall (though I still try to keep an eye out for sales or coupons to take a little bit off the total).
