Stripe Twill Dress

This dress is so pretty in person. It feels like silk, I was looking for more of a cotton-type shirt dress, I should have looked at the fabric type. I loved the dress but I am a DD and it made me look even bigger on top. For that reason, and because it was really expensive and didn't flatter my figure, I returned it.

$200 for a plastic dress is unacceptable. You can find a cotton or linen dress for half that.

This dress is super cheap looking. It shines like cheap polyester. For the price RL charged, I could get a cotton dress and not synthetic. Looks not better than things you see on Shein.

I was really excited about this dress but was not a fan. I found it a bit hippy, and I do not have broad hips. I love Ralph Lauren dresses, and have many, and assumed this would be another, but it’s not. I am 5’9” tall, lean athletic build (140 lbs) with strong shoulders and arms and tried both the 4 and 6. Both fit fine for sizing, depending on the drape you want, but both were also exaggerated in the hips either by the placement of the waist not lining up with my own well or excess fabric, etc…The cut was just off for me so I sent it back.
