Stripe Semi Sheer Popover Top

I loved the look and fit of this top in the store, and wore it within a week or so of purchasing. Unfortunately after washing it once, per the label instructions (gentle, cold, lay flat to dry) it shrunk to the point of no longer being able to wear, and the texture of the material changed dramatically Very disappointing! I bought two of the same size, same style shirts. Side-by-side comparison in photos. The shirt on the right was worn and washed one time.
