Tight weird smocked material

Clingy and textured
I really wanted to like this dress, but it runs a small and fits very snug, almost like a tube dress. I normally wear a medium, went for the large, it's still too tight. The material is also more textured than I expected, which made it feel clingy. It just didn’t work for me, so I’ll be returning it.
