Cute, but runs at least one full size large
I know dresses like this are supposed to be oversized, but I ordered my normal size in this and returned it for two sizes down. Check out the sleeve placement on the model. At 5'4" I am probably a LOT shorter than her and while the hem hit me around the same place on the ankle as the picture, the sleeves were over my hands. I'm not sure sizing down will solve that issue, but it's a little better in a smaller size. The drape of the dress is nice and flattering and it seems like it will be cool in summer. Without the belt, it's very a-line and caftan-like.

It’s a conundrum…
Yes - size down and it is still.. a lot. But it is comfortable easy. I’m a big size 6 with a middle aged body, whatever. If I was skinnier it would look great BUT would I really be wearing a dress like this if I was still a 4??? Great price, throw it on with sneaks or sandals. Adjust the belt (high or low) or swap for a wide belt. It is easy and comfy.
