Much larger than you think
I am a size 4, but for comfortable clothing, I usually wear a medium. Medium typically allows for extra room and the ability to shrink the item. These shorts fit more like a large--a big large. They are really good quality and will probably last forever. They are true Terry cloth material and would be good for after the pool, but the material is a little thicker, just to be aware. I'll keep them to sleep in, but too big to wear out in public. They did not shrink.
