Not quite what was expecting

As a short person, this skirt is super long, but with the cut out detailing, you really can't hem it. Yet the cut out detail also went very high on the thigh for me, like mini skirt level. It had a short lining in it, but just past my butt. It was just an odd style for me. I sized down as usual buy I just didn't like it.
