My first boots
This boots are wonderfully perfect for my granddaughter first steps in this world. They are well made and so soft yet sturdy to help her get confidence when walking.

Horrible purchasing experience
I ordered these shoes for my sons baptism - they arrived obviously worn - scuffed with black marks and with dingy laces - customer service was horrible and placed a "replacement order" - exchange - without my consent and charged my card for a DIFFERENT pair of shoes. So now, not only do I have a damaged pair of shoes - but I have an additional pair of shoes I never consented to order in which I have to return to Nordstrom to avoid being charged. I've spent greater than 90 minutes between online chats, and two phone calls to customer service to have address this - with ZERO satisfaction. In future I am reluctant to order from Nordstrom again - perhaps I should have gone to my local Stride Rite.

Elliott boot
This baby boot was just perfect. My grandson is walking pretty good now since I bought these boots. The other shoes they tried were too heavy and he stumbled all the time. These fit great and was light on his feet and also gave him the support he needed on his ankles. I would recommend every mother get these shoes when their baby starts walking.
