Mosaic Leather Top Handle Bag

This bag is super cute to look at and the color was true to the online photos. These are the only positive comments I can give. First, the bag I received was clearly a return, which is a huge turn off. The tissue stuffing was tattered and balled up in the bag, the long strap was attached instead of being wrapped and inside the bag, and the adjustment holes looked stretched out. There were also some marks on the hardware and leather. Truly disappointing to see this lack of quality control by Nordstrom. The bag itself just doesn’t work. While carrying the bag whether by the top handle or strap, the flap doesn’t open enough to get into the bag. I would find this extremely inconvenient and annoying, despite the cuteness.

I love this bag. I want to buy it in two more colors in this model. It’s a classic shape and large enough to hold everything you need without being bulky. It’s the perfect color. Unfortunately it did not come with a dust bag. For $625, I would like to protect it. I emailed customer service and haven’t heard anything. I will return this. I’ve purchased handbags for $100 and received a dust bag. Maybe it’s a small thing, but for this price point, I think it’s not much to ask for. I will not purchase another.

I’ve been eyeing the Oxblood color for my fall wardrobe and just picked it up from my local store. Bag is excellent quality and the color is so good , perfect for fall! It’s a muted red. Not as deep as a burgundy but not red either. Quite an understated and wearable shade. Great size without being bulky. It can actually hold quite a bit including a small makeup bag, wallet, phone, keys, sunnies. Very understated which I love! My bag came in a dust bag , but no box. Would have loved a box (you get everything wrapped beautifully in a box if you order from their site btw). The pickup was quick and easy and the bag came in great condition!
