What it does: It speeds up your blowouts while making them more manageable. It provides heat protection up to 450 degrees, creating sleek, straight and smooth styles while strengthening and restoring hair fibers. It seals split ends, holds straight styles even through moisture and humid weather and reduces dry time.

How to use: Distribute throughout damp hair, section by section, before blowing out silky smooth. A flat-iron finish adds extra perfection.

best smoothing product for dry aging hair

Have used 3 times and each time it provides the perfect smoothing effect for my dry aging hair. it doesn't add shine, but it does tame the wild. I use hair dryer but not flat iron. Flat iron may give some shine. I will definitely buy again!! :)

Makes hair greasy

This stuff takes all volume out of my hair, making it stick straight and greasy. I can barely get 24 hours out of a blowout with this stuff and it’s already greasy and need to wash my hair. Have tried this multiple times and always the same greasy result. Will never use again.

THIC. brilliant for hair with flyaways

At first I was hesitant since I bought a couple of oribe products to help protect and speeden the drying process when blow drying and straightening my hair. Compared to other products from oribe or even the Bb products this product hands down is the best!!! It’s thick and makes the hair feel weird pre blow drying but during and after blow drying oh my god do the flyaways disappear AND it keeps your volume and doesn’t leave the hair flat and dead. With that said use the bare minimum.

THE BEST!!!!

I am obsessed with this product! I have thick course type 4 hair. This product smoothes by hair out so well when I blow dry it especially before a braid appointment. You don't even need to use that much.

Works Well

I used a small amount (about 2 dime sizes) on long hair in combination with the Royal Blowout Spray, and the combo made my curly hair soft and easy to blow out smooth. Hard to say whether it was this smoothing cream or the Royal Blowout Spray, but the combo of the two was excellent and I'm happy with the result!

Ok - Not worth the money

I used the Straight Away in combination with Oribe Shampoo and Conditioner and blowdried with the Dyson Blowdryer. The product smelled good, I do think it helped a little to seal the ends of my hair, but don't think this product is worth the money. If you are looking for a blow dry cream I would opt for the Oribe Imperial Blowout, which I am obsessed with.

Great product!

While I'm not a huge fan or the Oribe shampoos or conditioners (too expensive for how little they do), I LOVE this blowout cream! Works wonders and is not sticky or too heavy. You don't need to use much, so it lasts! Great smell!
