Tech Stretch Pants

I have had these pants for over a year. A few notes: They fit perfect and are very comfortable. They are heavier than one would anticipate, so be cautious of that, but this makes them great for cooler weather. They have some stretch but nothing too extraordinary. After a year, they still look like new. I have worn them in an office setting 2 or 3 times a week on a weekly basis and they have held up perfectly. I cannot comment enough on how well these pants must be made in order for them to have lasted me this long. I am sold on the brand from these pants alone.
