Sleepi^™ Mini Mattress

I wanted a mini crib for a small space, but I was concerned that most of the cribs that I found might be too easily pulled over by my very strong toddler. Then I saw this one. The shape and weight distribution give me so much peace of mind that my little one is safe from tipping hazards. The mobility is also such a wonderful feature for a small area where furniture is often shuffled around throughout the day.

I am extremely disappointed with the durability of the Stokke Sleepi V3 Bed Mattress Air. We paid over $1,000 for the Sleepi bed and mattress set, specifically because it’s marketed as a premium product designed to grow with your child. Unfortunately, that promise doesn’t hold up when a critical component fails in less than a year. The zipper on the mattress cover broke under normal, everyday use. This is not cosmetic wear; the cover cannot function as intended. For a mattress at this price point, a zipper failing so quickly is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about quality control. When you charge premium prices and market longevity, customers reasonably expect premium construction and durability. A mattress meant for children should absolutely not have this kind of failure so early in its lifespan. I hope Stokke addresses this issue appropriately, but I would caution other parents to consider whether the quality truly justifies the cost.
