Arrived Worn.
This is the second time this has happened with a designer purchase at Nordstrom. Boots arrived scuffed and leather creased. Receiving a worn product is disappointing enough, but the person I spoke to using the chat feature was rude and unhelpful which was doubly disappointing.

This boot is timeless. It is very comfortable and made extremely well. I walked all night in them without a problem. One thing I wish, is the leather was thicker. It creases very easily and the top of the boot is very wrinkly. I'm happy with the purchase, however I needed to size up.
