What it is: A deeply-hydrating, plumping lip serum and blurring primer that preps, primes, plumps and smoothes lips.
How to use: Press the cartridge to squeeze the product onto the massage head. Put your fingers on the collar to activate the vibration action. Gently massage onto lips, using small circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes after absorption to maximize the effect.

This product burned my lips
I love this brand. I use stila on a regular basis and the products consist of most of my makeup. When I saw they came out with this new lip plumper I was so excited to try it. However now it has left me with red burns on my top and bottom lips. No hate to the brand I just think they should know what the plumper is doing.

I love this unique product!
