What it is: A mega-sparkle top coat specially designed to wear over matte liquid lipstick.
What it does: This breakthrough, bi-phase formula contains ultrafine pearls in a clear water base so it washes over the lips, leaving the original matte color you love but with a high-wattage, sparkle finish. Your underlying lip color stays matte but dazzles with ethereal elegance.
How to use: Shake well. Tap the product onto your lips using the precision applicator. It can be worn over matte liquid lipstick or on bare lips.
