Tie Waist Long Sleeve Satin Shirtdress

On the recommendations of others, I purchased a large. It is very straight and does not come in at the waist, so it looks oversized and baggy. I am 5'4", 150 lbs, 34DDD, and it was unflattering. for me. The length was fine, about an inch above the knees. The ties are just 2 pieces of fabric attached next to the button placket, so it won't pull the waist in more than a couple of inches. I would say buy your regular size, because the shoulders are too big if you don't, and you can't pull in the waist to make it look right.

For reference I’m 5’1, 130 lbs, 32D and bought a small based on other reviewers saying it runs small. This was a bit loose everywhere for me which is how I wanted it to be as I don’t like extremely tight clothing. It fit the same way on me as it does on the model pictured above. It feels comfortable and look expensive for the small price. I highly recommend.

Okay, so I’m so blah about this dress I want to love it at on angle but then I turn to the side and there’s this random tie thing in the middle of the most awkward area that kind of just makes your stomach look bigger then it is. It’s so pretty, the color is beautiful but I don’t know what to do with this bow thing. It also fits a little small.

For reference, I am 5'5", 145 lbs and size 34D. I ordered the Medium. It just barely fit in the bust. I thought the length was OK but if I were any taller, it would feel too short for me. Fabric isn't the highest quality but wasn't super cheap either, in my opinion. The tie in front can be a bit awkward. I prefer it just tied with a hanging knot rather than bow. Didn't like the added bulk with the bow. Purchased dress for an evening wedding but also think it is great for other events.
