Shaye Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

I bought these for my rehearsal dinner/ welcome party for a simple nude shoe. I always trust Steve Madden and they are a go-to shoe for me, However, these were such a disappointment. The strap is incredibly hard to clasp and get through the slit. The worst part is the toe area/ square toe. I have long toes and my last two toes did not fit in the strap. I only wore them for about 3-4 hours but my feet were numb by the end of the night. Do not reccomend getting these.

Like other reviewers pointed out, there is a flaw in how tight the toe strap was made. Although I got my toes in, i could tell that the outer most toes were going to suffer pretty quickly. I used a simple shoe stretcher, some gentle heat, and time and got it to be more accommodating. I believe Nordy’s stretches your shoes upon request. Maybe they use a stretching spray to speed up the process I’m not entirely sure. Size-wise.. I am between a 5.5 and 6 and the 6 worked out fine for me. They aren’t extremely narrow like other heels, especially thanks to the square toe
