THROWN INTO A PLASTIC BAG

Nordstrom needs to retrain employees mailing garments. This jacket is wrinkled beyond belief. The employee rolled it in their hands and threw it in a bag. I will take it to them to steam and then evaluate. There is NO excuse for this! None.

Color is more of a cream than a crisp white

I was really disappointed when I received this. It was big through the shoulders and kind of long on me. I expected a crisp white jacket. This is more of a cream and won’t work for me. I’ll be returning this one.
