Disappointed
For the longest time, Steve Madden has been our go to for dress shoes but this is the 2nd purchase we have made recently from this brand and I am sad to confirm that their quality has gone COMPLETELY downhill. The soles of this shoe are the cheapest, can't even call it rubber, because after only a few uses it wears down to a thick piece of cardboard paper as the next layer. The so called "leather" is a bonded leather that is so thin that it feels like a plastic folder that cuts into your feet. It is SO SO bad. Bought this on sale and I still won't even keep it. It is not worth even the sale price. Nordstrom should think twice about carrying this kind of quality in their stores. DO NOT BUY.
