Emilie Platform Chelsea Boot (Women)

I am a regular size 5.5 girl. I have narrow , low -regular arch feet.   Found this pair of cute chelsea boots an incredible too good to be true price and it makes sense now. I ordered 2 pairs in both size 5.5 and 6 (heard i need to size up a bit) and the shoes arrived ! I was excited except..... Before i could even get my foot inside the boots, i burst a vessel on my foot! Not funny and not kidding . The shaft is so narrow. It's almost impossible to get in. I think Stella, not nordstrom is responsible for my burst vessel! Then i tried size 6. Again, impossible to get in without the help of wearing nylon socks. Once it is in, i can tell you it is a comfortable pair of boots. And my feet find it pretty roomy in the size 6 shoes. So, the shoes size is standard but the shaft is tight and narrow hence you need up up at least ONE WHOLE SIZE in order to fit in .... ALSO PROVIDED you have narrow, LOW ARCH feet. At the end of it all, it was quite a work out and a battle to put it on and get them out (the sales  rep was laughing while helping me to get the shoes out) . My arms were sore from the pullings but I still like the shoes, .... so looks like i need to order size 6.5 now.
