Stella Ballerina Flat

I purchased these shoes from Nordstrom. The size is correct and there is nothing wrong with the shoes themselves. However, I am very disappointed with how they were packaged. I buy The Row regularly and am very familiar with the brand’s standards. Their shoes normally come carefully packed: multiple layers of wrapping paper, dust bags, certificates, and paper inside the shoes to maintain their shape. This box arrived with only the shoes inside, one sheet of paper, and nothing else. There were no dust bags and no protective wrapping to prevent the shoes from moving around. This is not how an expensive, high-end pair of shoes should be handled or delivered. Overall, this feels like negligence in handling a luxury product, and it was very disappointing.

I tried both versions of the Stella in two sizes. I decided to keep these which were true to my size (10). The fur lining is probably more practical, but the non-fur version is delectable. Honestly can’t go wrong with either.
