What it is: A waterproof, smudge-proof and transfer-resistant eye liner formula that stays in place all day.

What it does: The long-lasting liquid eyeliner features a smooth satin finish. The precision tip allows for fine, sharp lines or bold, graphic strokes. The eye liner is quick-drying and easy to apply. It's ideal for cat-eyes, winged liner or tightlining. The Liner stays all day so your eye look is locked in without fading or flaking.

How to use: Shake well before use. Sweep pen along the lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position the pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color.
