What it is: A matte liquid eyeliner that enables you to create a variety of eye-opening effects from thin, precise lines to thick, dramatic looks.
What it does: The long-wearing, intensely pigmented formula glides on with ease, dries quickly, won't smudge and stays put all day into night. The marker-like tip pen provides smooth and controlled application every time while also providing constant color dispersion.
How to use: Shake well before use. Sweep pen along lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color. Store horizontally for best performance.

Long lasting
I love this, I buy a new one whenever my old one is running out. It's easy to draw a solid line, which can be narrow or thicker, and I then smudge it with a brush but it stays very clear if I don't. Stays all day but very easy to remove in the evenings.

Not the same as the original
The Stila waterproof liquid liner is my all time holy grail eyeliner product so I was super excited to try their matte version which doesn't have it's usual shiny consistency. Unfortunately, the product dried up so quickly in its pen I only got a handful of uses out of it. The formula itself is long lasting and waterproof but for the price, there was so little use out of it before no liquid came out. Disappointed.

Good but not 5 stars
First time switching from my mainstay Lancôme art liner and MAC liquid and pencil liners - find it doesn’t completely stay all day and to be honest my eyes felt a little bit sensitive - colour was good and it goes on easy and I was able to get a good cat eye effect /flick though. Sits quite well with false lashes also - not 5 stars - to be honest still a bit undecided!

Just as good as the intense black
Initially on a whim as it was on sale and I'm a big fan of the eyeliner in "intense black" shade. I found it to be just as long lasting, and a good jet black colour. The precision is good, and the eyeliner itself very long lasting. Do recommend for a more retro look.

It’s not my favourite and I would not repurchase, only because I know that there is so much better out there on the market.
This eyeliner comes in a sleek, pen-style packaging that is both aesthetic and practical. The design allows for easy handling and precise application. The felt tip applicator is fine-tipped, which is excellent for creating sharp wings and intricate details. This precision allows even beginners to draw a smooth line without much effort. It's a quick-drying matte liquid that doesn't leave a shiny finish, making it perfect for creating a classic look that lasts all day. It glides on effortlessly without tugging or skipping, providing an even color distribution. The product is waterproof, which means it can withstand sweat, tears, and rain without smudging or running, making it ideal for long wear or in environments where you might expect your makeup to be put to the test.While this eyeliner is formulated to be gentle and is suitable for sensitive eyes I found it slightly irritating.
It’s at a higher price range compared to drugstore brands, whilst comparable in quality.
In summary, it’s a fairly reliable choice for anyone seeking a high-performance eyeliner for a seamless, lasting look. It’s waterproof, smudge-proof formula, coupled with a precise applicator and strong pigmentation. Although a bit pricier, the quality and durability often justify the cost for those seeking a professional-grade product. I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could.
