Poor customer service at store level
Order shipping from store. Days passed and still hasn’t shipped out yet. Meanwhile, bag is selling out. I called customer service. Told nothing they can really do. This service is not consistent with Nordstrom brand. I can order directly from Staud which is what I may do at this point.
