Solid Griddle
Love my new staub product. It is heavy and sturdy. For my stove top it does take up two burners. I am excited to make bacon pancakes and so much more with this griddle. Solid product that I will have for years.

Not That Great!
I have been looking for a nice griddle to use on my bridge element for making several pancakes or French toast at a time. Despite using some oil both stuck very badly which just isn't the quality I expected from this brand, after all I can make both on my smaller cheap cast iron griddle from another brand. Back this goes.

Not That Great!

Defective?
The La Plancha I purchased did not have a flat bottom. It rocks really badly on my glass cooktop. I don't think it's heating evenly because of it.
