This cast iron braiser, with a wide base, shallow sides and a glass lid, is perfect for browning and braising meats.
What it does: The vintage-looking handle offers easy maneuvering even while wearing oven mitts. Domed lid accommodates big pieces of meat. Enameled cast iron is easy to clean and doesn't require seasoning. A tight-fitting glass lid locks in moisture and allows for easy monitoring of cooking.
Additional features: The textured black matte enamel interior ensures exceptional browning.
