This versatile double-handle fry pan is made in France from premium cast iron for exceptional heat retention and distribution, with a smooth enameled interior.

What it does: Perfect for browning foods from chicken breasts and potatoes to bacon and more and suitable for all cooktops, the piece doesn't require seasoning and is easy to clean.

Compatible heat sources: All stovetops, including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen; oven safe to 500°F.

Best pan ever to cook for a family

I have a grey one and I use it ALL the time. It is my favorite pan. I cook for my family all the time in it. Was hoping to get in grenadine 🤷‍♀️ Occasionally I’ve used oven cleaner to clean it when it gets buildup, my kids fault. I’ve cooked eggs on it when heated properly. This is a fantastic pan and I can’t recommend it highly enough especially if you are cooking for a crowd.

Do not recommend

I had high expectations for this pan given its price and the glowing reviews, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I've used it only five times, and every single time, food sticks to the surface regardless of how much oil I use. Cooking has become more of a hassle than a pleasure with this pan. For over $300, I expected top-tier performance, but instead, I’m left wondering if mine was defective from the start. Given my experience, I can’t recommend this pan and would suggest looking at other options. Definitely not worth the money!

Best pan ever to cook for a family

Love the straight sides and wide base

Purchased this pan after significant research. I use it most often for stovetop dishes, and those which are then finished in oven. I wanted a very large base with straight sides, and preferred a black interior vs light enamel. I love this pan, like my Staub dutch oven it is easy to clean, and heats quickly. And its so pretty! Wish it had a lid available. It's so large that you have to use two pieces of foil to cover its width. Don't forget your barkeepers friend, it works wonders to keep these high quality pans looking new.

I love my double handle pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this double handle. For my parlla and pizza and among other things that I can cook with it. 13 inches is just enough for my oven. Great piece to have in my collection of staub.
