How to use: Shake well. Cleanse your nails with soap and water, then dry thoroughly. Smooth the surface of your nails and increase color adhesion by applying a layer of base coat or nail primer. Layer two coats of nail lacquer on top. Seal the surface with a top coat to help prevent chipping.
