How to use: Shake and roll the bottle before prepping your nails to bond the treatment oils and lacquer. Begin with a nail primer, then layer two coats of your favorite color if desired. Add one, two or three coats of holographic nail topper. Finish with a top coat. It removes easily with nail polish remover.
