Mala calidad y mala atención al cliente
He comprado dos y después del uso se pela. Tiene una capa encima transparente que se va cayendo y se ve el pendiente deteriorado. La atención al cliente para garantía es muy mala, nunca me contestaron después de más de tres o cuatro mensajes.

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Because the post is curved, you might have to hold the earring at a slight upward angle for the post to easily slide through your piercing. Once the post is through your lobe, pinch the earring closed until you hear a click. Hope this helps!
