It does fit small and

It does fit small and restricts arm movement! I'm a size 4 in all other Princess Polly clothes (dresses, pants, etc. ), and I can't lift my arms in this top. (like even lifting them to reach the steering wheel is a challenge) HOWEVER! It's still adorable and I am glad I have it in my closet! It's great for going out, the lace is beautiful, the buttons are sturdy, and the material is not see through AT ALL.
