What it does: 3Doodler's easy-to-use design combines creativity with technology to drive engagement and comprehension of critical STEM subjects. With the press of a button, plastic extrudes and hardens rapidly, allowing kids to create practically anything. Designed with no hot parts and completely safe for kids, the 3D pen is easy to use. Simply turn the pen on, wait a few seconds for the green light, insert a strand of filament, press the orange button and watch it work

Additional features: The 3D pen is completely wireless and charges fully within 30 minutes. The Eco-Plastic filament is is non-toxic and BPA-free.

Includes: Start+ 3D printing pen, 72 strands of filament, 3Doodler Start activity guide with 10 step-by-step projects and micro-USB charging cable.

Perfect STEM Toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new 3D Doodler Start and Pen Set is a great learning toy for kids! I am a 3rd grade teacher and my students had a blast creating their ideas. It is easy to use snd set up. I love that it is child safety feature of no external hot parts! Great product!

Broke almost immediately
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this set. Unfortunately, it broke the first time. My child tried to use it. I do think that it is a great idea/concept, however needs a little more work. Definitely not worth the price, at the moment.

Neat gift
I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and this looks like it will be a nice gift for him and hopefully will get him away from his tablet for awhile.

Fun!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fun concept!! It takes a little bit of time to learn - the first few things I made were extremely fragile and broke instantly. But as I learned, it became easier and a whole lot of fun. This is good for kids and adults!

Easy to use for any age
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were so excited to get started making creations. To my surprise this has to be the most kid friendly doodler. It is easy to hold and a good size for any hands. It charges up fast and it is straight forward from there. The filament is in sticks like a glue sticks but thinner. Just put in and press the button to start. My kids spent hours making anything they could dream up. It dries fast. Over all I am extremely pleased. I will be purchasing refills for many imagination filled times ahead. It feels sturdy and well made so I have no doubt it will last many years.

Great gift and starter kit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for a gift or for someone who just wants one. It has everything you need to start. It's easy to use and almost anyone/age can pick this up. My 6 year old picked it up within an hour and has had tons of fun with it.

So cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the box says 6 and up. My 11 year old had a hard time figuring it out at first, so I definitely recommend this for an older child. Our daughter is very artistic so she was determined to learn it. My husband got involved and showed her how to really make things with the 3D Doodler. He made her the character in the photo! She nows loves playing and creating with it now!
