A sweet and beautiful book.
We love reading this book together in our family! The story is so sweet and heart-felt. Cindy’s story of hope, healing and hugs is suitable for everyone, no matter of age, gender or background. The story is magical and full of kindness and the messages shine from the pages through the beautiful illustrations throughout this book. I can’t recommend this book enough because sometimes everyone needs a hug to make things better.

Great Book For Children AND Adults!
This book is incredibly cute and well written. My 9 month old loves looking at the beautiful illustrations, and I love the positive messages. I especially love the page with the diverse group of stars! It is the perfect gift for children AND adults during the holiday season. This book will remain on our family bookshelf for a very long time!

This book will resonate with both kids and adults alike. The beautiful illustrations amplify the simple yet powerful message that we are all similar and share in our common humanity. It's ok to feel emotions and it's ok to express them. Our family loved this poignant story!

Beautifully written and impactful
A book loved by my 6 and 8 year olds and myself. It shares a powerful message about identifying your emotions, reaching out and loving the people around you, and to be inclusive of everyone. A book that is meaningful to all and can be read across the ages. Everyone deserves a hug!!

Timeless and beautiful
This is a beautiful book it’s illustrations are magical and the words are heart felt. Our children are our future and the future of this precious planet. Starhug has given us a timeless theme, which I feel will be meaningful to our children all the way to their adult life.
If the messages of love, kindness, caring to all is seeded in their minds and it shapes their world, I can feel positive about the future with them in it. Thank you Cindy for this very special gift.
