Mixed feelings
This is nice and I like having cold water while being hands-free, but the bottle is so heavy. Even empty, I really feel the weight of this on my shoulder. I don't have any back or shoulder issues. Relatively fit, but it's a bit bulky. I suppose anything well insulated is going to come with some weight, but then it's too uncomfortable to wear for hours.

strap is faulty the flask is great
Worked well for two months but then the hook on the strap stopped connected so I could carry it anymore like a purse.
