Half of ours have all lost the lead core cover. If this happens to you, do not exist the warranty process to be resolved in an acceptable manner. After several weeks of waiting, emails come in and you have 3 days to notice and respond before they cancel the claim. They then ask you to choose a color, and will ignore it completely. They sent a rose pink color to replace a BOYS tumbler TWICE. they just send whatever they have most in stock. I would suggest you do one warranty claim at a time if you are a large family with many tumblers losing their lead covers. Otherwise there is no way to tell which claim belongs to which bottle
