Worst Product Quality
I had a very disappointing experience with their jewelry. Not only did it break down after just a couple of hours of wear, but the quality was abysmal. The lack of empathy from their customer service was disheartening, and their complete disregard for helping customers left me frustrated. This was the worst jewelry purchase I've ever done, an utter waste of money. I strongly advise not to buy from them, as their products and customer service are both are horrible.
