I'm just tired of receiving clearly used and returned items when I order from Nordstrom. It's a huge turn off from buying again and honestly really disrespectful to the consumer.
What I got was just the necklace without any packaging, tags or anything that would indicate it is new. The gold hardware on the necklace is worn and scratched and it was sent to me in a clear ziplock bag by itself, lacking tags and all.

I was very disappointed in this necklace. It had all the signs of not being a new piece. The gold was tainted and there were no tags attached to the necklace that was “running “ loose in a box.
