One indispensable part of my wardrobe
I bought this in a size 4 (5'5", hourglass, 125-135#) several years ago. It is extraordinary. Beautifully fabricated, extremely versatile, durable. It fits perfectly over dresses, cashmere turtlenecks, blouses. Can style it for day or evening with anything in the spectrum from jeans to cocktail attire. It garners compliments EVERY time I wear it. Stylish but not over-the-top. An investment piece worth the investment.
St John often runs large, but this piece seems true to size.

Wonderful addition to my wardrobe.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this versitle coat. Great to dress up and great casual. Last Fall purchased and wore as often as I could. I am in my fifties and young feel to this coat. Purchased a six and usually between a six and 8 and this fit great. Really comfortable too.

BEST piece in my closet!

A must-have investment piece
Got this in my Trunk Club box. It fit great but since it was almost Christmas I didn’t want to splurge. I literally thought about it every day - so after Christmas I bought it, at full price. It’s beautiful and lays perfectly. Definitely an investment piece. I got a size 6, and I think it’s true to size as I’m usually between 4-6 in tops/dresses/pants. For reference I’m 5’7” and between 135-140#.

Classic cut and high quality constructions
This coat has a classic cut that contours the body. Style is feminine yet not overstated. The garment is a little stiff but it could be because it is new. I have been looking for a black winter piece that is not too thick works with both dress and jeans. This is perfect for California.

Investment piece
This is one of 3 black St. John jackets that I own, 2 of which are basic. This one is my "dressier" piece. Like the other two, this is beautifully constructed and cut and the material is wonderful. Great for travel. Just be mindful of the fringe b/c if you're not careful it can snag. It is a slimming, flattering fit.
