Purse missing clutch/pouch and appears to be used
I am extremely disappointed with my order. I have looked everywhere for this handbag, and when it arrived, it didn't include the clutch/pouch that is supposed to come with it, and it seems to have been previously used. The handbag only had the Nordstrom price tag, indicating that it must have been retagged, and there is no label for the St. Barths Large Watercolor Tote. I was really looking forward to having my handbag and was so thrilled about it. Additionally, it was delivered in a very small box; my St. Barths Large Watercolor Tote was folded into this tiny box. I'm very disheartened by this experience.
