Order was never coming
Disclaimer: not about product, but process and don't blame store for this error
I ordered these shoes for in-store pick-up. I went to the store to pick them up a few days after it was supposed to be ready for pick-up but they didn't have the shipment yet. They told me it was going to be the next day or so. I called the store a week later (~10 days after initial date of shipping) and they said they think the item is lost. My complaint is no one was going to tell me my order was lost, I was just going to be wait around (which I did), until I took action or forgot I ordered the shoes. Needless to say, I WON'T be ordering from Nordstrom online again.
