Looks used and not as nice in person
I was expecting a new bag that matched the pictures. In reality; it didn’t look as nice in person, and there’s some marks on the bag that makes it’s seem that someone returned it.

worst quality designer bag
This bag didn’t even come with its dust bag the clasp seemed off, probably the worst quality designer bag I’ve even purchased. Returned right away. The most I’d pay for a bag of this quality would be $50. If you’re paying a premium price you should receive a premium product.
