Waveside Flip Flop (Women)

I purchased the white Waveside flip flop in my usual size 6.5. I wanted a flip flop that I could wear at home, especially after a shower and applying moisturizing cream that didn't have a fabric foot bed that stains. I was happy to find a pair that is cute and had a non-fabric foot bed that is easily cleaned. These fit true to size but the toe post is placed too far from the front edge of the shoe so that there is a lot of extra space above the toes. I have medium length toes, so I can't see this being a good fit for any but the small minority of people with long toes. Having only a little extra space might be good to make sure you don't stub your toe if you run into something, but this is way too much extra space. The shape of the foot bed matches my foot but there isn't great comfort or flexibility in the shoe. I returned them.
