Too small around. Velcro shows.
Just got these in and I was so excited for my little to try them on!! He is a 5 in converse And Nike and still has a tiny bit of room to grow them out. Based on this I ordered a 5.5 of this sperry shoe!
Unfortunately they were super hard to get his foot in. The “ hook and loop “ feature is trying. The whole lace section velcros off and then there is a tongue that is supposed to fit under the bottom velcro. So even after trying super hard I wasn’t able to “hook and loop” over enough to not show the velcro part and make it look like the picture! I really wanted them to fit!
In hopes of still getting the look of this shoe I am going to return my 5.5 which will take a while for the refund which is super annoying. And I am going to order the 6. Hope hope hopefully the 6 is a little wider and will fit around the foot no problem. My son is all about being independent now and wants to put on and take off his shoes. Hopefully all goes well for the 6.

too narrow
Super cute shoes but is way to narrow for little feet. I loved the no lace feature but there is no stretch in them. Not a functional shoe.

Great shoes for nicer occasions. Easy on and off for toddlers. I got the caramel leather color and they are perfect for church, weddings, and any event. They seem comfortable too. Maybe wouldn’t be great if your kid had extra wide feet.

Laces are definitely functional and there is no hook and loop closure. Picture is size 1.
