Special Shoe Care Kit

Jason Markk's sneaker cleaner is nothing short of a miracle solution and process. The solution is mild and sensitive enough to clean the rarest and most sensitive materials that my sneakers are made of. The brushes are soft enough to not leave any marks or scratches in the material. The item I received is different from the item described here. I only received bottles of Foam, Refresh, and Repel - no dust bag, brushes, microfiber cloth, or quick wipes. Based on the other reviews, this seems to be the norm. Tried to call Nordstrom to sort this out and got stuck with the AI bot. Disappointing.

When ordering this product, Nordstrom sends something else. This happened twice to me. This product is drop shipped directly from Jason Markk, and there is some kind of mix-up going on right now. I tried to order this, received only something resembling the Repel + Revive + Refrsh Shoe Care Kit, but without the brush - so a product that Nordstrom does not carry at all, or more than half of the shoe care kit. Called customer service, they issued an exchange, only to receive the exact same wrong product again. Called customer service again and was told not to order again until they can get this resolved, since they believed this was something to do with a wrong "pull tag" and someone was to get back with me. This was on 9/18, and I have not heard back. I am going to try one more time to order this in hopes that the "pull tag" issue has been resolved, since I would really like to have this product. Not sure why Nordstrom cannot get this right since it appears from the other reviews that they received the right kit, but the reviews are 10 years old.... So, is this possibly discontinued ???
